How Do I Place An Order?

Payment & Shipping
All major credit cards are accepted. All of our merchandise is shipped using USPS. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We highly protect the information of our customers. Any fraudulent chargebacks will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
Merchandise usually ships within 3-6 business days, unless the product is in BACK ORDER. Merchandise in back order will ship within 2 weeks. You may request a full refund if we do not ship your order within 2 weeks. We will contact you immediately if there is an issue with your order.
Returns & Exchanges
ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from www.DixieHeritageStore.com, it can be exchanged to our store. Dixie Heritage has a 30 day return policy on most items. Returns must be received by our company within 30 days of the original shipping date of the purchase, as it applies.
The customer is responsible for all exchange freight charges. To exchange your purchase, please wrap the package securely, and include the invoice/receipt for your order, which can be printed from your email purchase confirmation. Please indicate the reason for the exchange on the back of the invoice and provide a contact number that we can reach you in order to complete the exchange. All returns should be sent using UPS, FedEx, or insured US Parcel Service for tracking purposes. Please allow 2 weeks for your return or exchange to be processed.
